Delivery Locations:
Delivery within the country will only be possible in areas that are listed with the shipping/courier service providers.
International shipping is available with additional payment, to all countries listed with the shipping /courier service providers.
Delivery Time:
Despatch of the product both retail/customized will only be possible upon full payment of the order.
For international couriers, the product will be dispatched only once we receive the courier amount.
Our staff will update you on the shipping charges, depending on the weight of the package and the delivery location.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Size and colour cannot be changed after placing the order. Kindly follow the product selection tip to get the correct size.
Cancellation Policy
After placing an order, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing such an order. You are not allowed to cancel the same after 24 hours of placing such an order. However, in case Swatling receives any requests for cancellation of any order beyond 24 hours, Swatling reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellation.
